PALLET IN TRANSIT LIABILITY COVER

Standard Liability Cover

All Palletised goods carried through the Team C & Fortec distribution network are carried under RHA Conditions of Carriage (2009). Standard conditions limit liability to £5 per kilo with a maximum of £5000 per tonne, an excess of £50 applies to each claim. Exclusions apply. The following goods are specifically excluded and can only be carried at the customers own risk.

• Personal Effect or Household Removals

• Documents

• Perishable Items

• Glass Cabinets

The following items list cannot be carried in any circumstances through the Team C & Fortec distribution network.

• Living Creatures

• Noxious substances liable to cause damage to other freight, especially foodstuffs

• Hazardous goods classified above limited quantities (LQ)
